The Board holds regular meetings on the second Thursday of even months at 11:00 AM at the offices of Schwartz, Page & Harding, LLP, 1300 Post Oak Boulevard, Suite 2500, Houston, Texas 77056; of odd months at 6:30 PM at the Lakeland Village Activity Center, 16902 Bridgeland Landing Drive, Cypress, Texas 77433.
